We''re recruiting for an IT Systems Support Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing IT operations that support high-quality, timely production within a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for manufacturing systems and associated infrastructureMaintain and manage server, desktop, and network environmentsEnsure optimal system performance with minimal disruptionManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network securityDevelop reports and minor applications to resolve operational issuesCollaborate on system strategy, planning, and improvement initiativesMandatory Skills and Experience:Windows Server 2012 and newerWindows 10 / 11 supportActive Directory managementSQL Server (2008+): administration and query writingHands-on hardware maintenance (servers and PCs)Ability to work independently and proactivelyDesirable Skills:Application development using C# / .NETDynamics AX 2009 functional experienceMicrosoft 365 administration This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys working across both infrastructure and system support.
