Systems Engineer Specialist (eDV mandatory) Role Details Start Date: ASAP Location: Cheltenham - hybrid working arrangements Salary package: £45,000-£85,000 + bonuses (opened to conversations) Clearance: eDV active is mandatory Responsibilities Lead the scoping, design and delivery of complex mission-critical systems and services Facilitate technical workshops, requirements gathering and risk analysis activities Develop engineering approaches and technical designs to mitigate project risks Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams Oversee project delivery, integration activities and stakeholder engagement Produce and maintain key engineering artefacts, documentation and reports Skills and Experience Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant technical discipline Strong background in Systems Engineering, Technical Architecture, Software, Networking or Cyber Security Experience delivering complex projects within consultancy, systems integration or public sector environments Proven track record supporting defence, government, national security or law enforcement programmes Strong understanding of engineering methodologies including Agile, V-Model, risk management and requirements management Excellent stakeholder management, communication and client-facing skills ..... full job details .....
