Systems Requirements Engineer Permanent - Bristol based - Hybrid workingOur client, a leader in the Defence and Security sector, is seeking a Systems Requirements Engineer to join their growing team. This role is vital for supporting European forces in maximising the system''s potential and extending capabilities for current and future export contracts.Key Responsibilities:Helping the customer understand and capture their needsDeriving suitable system, subsystem, and software requirements to meet those needsInforming product line approaches to create a common suite of products for different customersDetermining and managing processes and procedures to control changesActing as a customer for specific software itemsJob Requirements:Significant experience in requirements management and derivation (ideally in defence)Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, DOORS NG, and RhapsodyAbility to clearly communicate technical information to customersKnowledge in engineering change control and managementCapability to initiate and drive trade studies and system development activitiesExperience in developing complex systems (ideally in defence)Strong stakeholder management skillsExperience of working with product lines would be beneficialBenefits:Company bonus up to £2,500 (based on company performance)Maximum total pension contribution up to 14% (employer and employee)Opportunity for paid overtimeFlexi LeaveFlexible working arrangements where appropriateEnhanced parental ..... full job details .....
