Systems Engineer (Requirements)Initial 6 months2-3 days p/w in Whiteley (rest remote)Initial 6-months, rest remoteSC required, can start in BPSSOur client, NATS, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support requirements management, engineering workflow coordination and continuous improvement activities. This contract role is based in Whiteley, with an expectation of working on site two to three days per week.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain the Communications Front Door, coordinating the intake, triage and routing of engineering demandMaintain a clear, consolidated view of workload across projects, sustainment and operational activitiesEnsure demand is appropriately categorised, prioritised and assigned, supporting workload balancing and resource allocationAdminister engineering workflows within Jira and associated toolsets, tracking progress and proactively following up on actions and overdue tasksEnsure dependencies, blockers and risks are visible, escalating issues where appropriateProduce workload, prioritisation, capacity and management reports, including dashboards, trend analysis and reporting viewsSupport the implementation of communications ways of working, governance, workflows and RACI models during organisational changeIdentify and drive process improvements, maintain operational documentation and support the adoption of new working practicesAdditional Engineering Support:Depending on experience and workload, the role may also support ATCE4/ATCE5-level ..... full job details .....
