Systems Engineer

I''m looking for experienced Systems Engineers with a focus on Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) to join BAE Systems in Coventry.

What you''ll be doing:

• Capture and agreed technical requirements in accordance with company and programme processes
• Deliver compliant technical solutions against contractual requirements and regulations
• Deliver design change requirements and documentation generated, captured, configured and controlled in accordance with company processes
• Provide specialist technical input, review and support into projects beyond immediate scope as an independent thereof
• Leverage systems experience and knowledge in both the tactical and strategic development of other engineers and relevant members of other supporting functions

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM subject
• Experience and knowledge in Requirements, Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V) of products
• Experience in carrying out test facilitation
• Handling of defects in test reports
• Authoring of test specifications

Desirable Skills:

• Attained or progressing towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
• Previous exposure of working with Submarines
• ISTQB qualification

The salary is -55,000 to -61,500 plus benefits and offers hybrid-working of 3x days per week on-site.
