Systems Engineer (Antenna and Radar)

RC Fornax are looking for a Systems Engineer to support our customer based in Herefordshire. This is Outside IR35 opportunity , hybrid opportunity working 2-3 days on site per week , contract lenght 6 months initially. Key Responsibilities: Lead system-level design and integration of antenna and radar subsystems. Define and manage system requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (RF, mechanical, software). Conduct simulations and modelling to validate performance. Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD, EMC). Produce technical documentation and engage with customers. What We''re Looking For: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. Experience with radar systems, RF design, or antenna technologies. Experience in requirements analysis , Verification and Validation Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, CST, HFSS).
