Our client is an established business with a proud reputation and due to their continued growth, they now need to recruit a Systems Developer to support and enhance their business systems, helping drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Main Purpose of the Role

• Work closely with management and key stakeholders to maintain and improve business information systems.
• Develop a strong understanding of operational processes and business requirements.
• Lead and support requirements - gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Scope, design and present technical solutions to business challenges.
• Implement solutions across a range of technologies in line with agreed specifications.
• Deliver training workshops on new and updated systems.
• Engage and manage third-party partners where appropriate for issue resolution and project support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a comprehensive knowledge base of systems and processes.
• Act as a technical escalation point for the ICT team.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.

Key Technical Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate).
• C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework (EF).
• SQL Server.

Desirable

• VB.NET and VBA (Excel).
• Power BI.
