      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client, a leading entity in the Defence &amp; Security sector, is looking for a Mission Planning Systems Architect to join their team. This permanent role requires a dynamic individual who will play a key part in designing the Mission Planning system for the next generation of strike weapons across air and maritime domains. The successful candidate will work onsite 3-5 days per week due to workload classification and will need to meet security clearance requirements as a British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.   Key Responsibilities:    Collaborate with design teams to evolve and capture system design using MBSE principles  Generate and review architecture artefacts  Contribute to engineering milestones and key design reviews  Ensure best model practices are followed and designs are complete, coherent and drive development  Work with wider Weapon Systems teams to ensure traceability  Drive commonality and re-use across product lines    Job Requirements:    Experience in systems architecture and using Model Based Systems Engineering  Proficiency with modelling tools such as Rhapsody or equivalents, configuration control tools like EWM, and requirements manage...</description>
