Salary - £39,425 - £40,463 Location - Kenya or the UK Team - Digital Team Line Manager - Digital Delivery Lead Line Reports - Matrix (Technical) Systems and Salesforce Officer Hours - 35 hours per week Contract - Permanent Closing date: 31-8-2026 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATION and SYSTEM MANAGEMENT Act as the system owner and technical lead for Start Network''s Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports the needs of a global, network based organisation. Design and maintain Salesforce access and security controls, balancing strong data protection with practical access for teams working across regions and functions. Implement and uphold data governance and data quality standards within Salesforce, working closely with the Data Manager to align with wider organisational frameworks. Design and deliver scalable automation (e.g. flows, validation rules, custom objects) to reduce manual effort and support efficient, consistent ways of working. Design, manage and optimise integrations between Salesforce and other organisational systems (e.g. FormAssembly, reporting and automation tools), ensuring reliable data flows and joined up processes. Translate organisational and programme processes into clear, scalable system solutions that work for staff and partners across the network.
