DescriptionWe are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Global Shared Services team in London, working closely with our corporate headquarters in New York. The Systems Analyst will collaborate with other IT team members in planning, testing, and configuring Unit4 ERP (Agresso) modules to support AandM business functions.

Responsibilities

Support a broad user base of Unit4 ERP (Agresso) with system queries across multiple support levels.

Work on various modules including Financials (GL, AR, AP), Project, Logistics, and workflow.

Provide hands-on technical support and implement process improvements.

Analyze, understand, and support business systems, recommending improvements.

Evaluate new technology and propose cost-effective solutions.

Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

Support and implement business solutions with the IT team.

Prioritize workload and manage tickets efficiently.

Follow standards for design, programming, and documentation.

Write code and SQL scripts within established guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with Unit4 ERP or similar ERP systems.

Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Self-motivated, quick learner, results-oriented.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred: Finance and accounting knowledge.

Nice to have: Development experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET.
