Key Responsibilities System Analysis and Optimisation Evaluate current care, HR, and administrative systems across all care homes. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in digital workflows. Gather and document system and user requirements. Project Implementation Support or lead the roll-out of new systems such as: Electronic Care Records Medication management systems Staff rostering and HR systems Financial and compliance platforms Coordinate data migration, system testing, and go-live planning.
