Systems Analyst Elderly Care Hybrid working Use technology to make a genuine difference! Stephen James Consulting is partnering with an established elderly care provider to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the technology that supports care teams across a network of care homes. You ll play a key role in implementing, improving and maintaining business-critical systems ensuring they are reliable, efficient and capable of supporting safe, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities System Analysis and Optimisation Evaluate current care, HR, and administrative systems across all care homes. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in digital workflows. Gather and document system and user requirements. Project Implementation Support or lead the roll-out of new systems such as: Electronic Care Records Medication management systems Staff rostering and HR systems Financial and compliance platforms Coordinate data migration, system testing, and go-live planning. To be considered for this role of Systems Analyst, you will need: Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role Strong understanding of system life-cycle management and data flows Experience working with healthcare or care management systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why apply?
