Systems Analyst

Systems AnalystRate; Flexible (inside IR35/via umbrella)Location; Hybrid working in London (1x per week onsite) Duration; 3 month initial contract Sanderson are currently partnered with a leading retail brand to identify a Systems Analyst. The Systems Analyst will support their Technical Operations team in a BAU-focused position, primarily supporting Own Brand and General Merchandise product lines.This is a data-heavy role, supporting c.11,000 users (internal colleagues, suppliers and third parties) and ensuring systems remain efficient, compliant and fit for purpose. Working closely with a Reporting and Systems Manager, you''ll act as a key link between systems, data outputs and business users.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the delivery of system enhancements aligned to brand and commercial strategyDay-to-day management of system requirements, configuration and accessAnalysing user feedback and translating this into practical system improvementsCoordinating with technology teams and third-party providers to track upgrades and service deliveryProducing accurate reporting and maintaining service level feedbackSupporting business cases and managing low-impact business change activityAbout you:Experience in a systems, data, reporting or business support roleStrong Excel and technical skills with high attention to detailExperienced with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle ORBCComfortable working in a structured, BAU environmentConfident engaging with a wide range of ..... full job details .....
