We''re looking for a Systems & Reporting Administrator to join our team at our head office in Darlington, you will oversee the smooth running and accuracy of our HR, Time & Attendance (T&A) and CRM systems, while producing the reporting the business relies on. What you''ll be doing Be the first point of contact for queries relating to our HR, T&A and CRM systems. Oversee the accuracy, integrity and smooth running of information held within our systems. Audit data and investigate anomalies, discrepancies and anything that doesn''t look right. Produce regular KPI reports and ad-hoc reports for the business.
