Systems AdministratorHybrid - 3 days per week in the Maidenhead OfficeAs a Systems Administrator you will be supporting both internal and external hosted systems by managing hardware and software infrastructure. You''ll play a key role in supporting Hosted operations, handling complex support requests, collaborating across departments, and maintaining high availability and performance of systems.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, identify, and correct issues with platforms including HyperV, Application Support, Server, SAN/NAS etcDesign and select storage, data centre, network, and client/server environments to design solutions in line with industry best practice.Maintain assigned portals/websites, using content creation and management tools as well as digital media.Perform website/applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues.Provide fault isolation and resolution to limit and address issues promptly.Communicate effectively across technical teams when working on, through or escalating issues.Technical Skills:Solid foundation in networking principles.Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory administration and issue resolution.Strong understanding of Windows Clustering for high-availability services.Experience with Windows backup solutions - Veeam preferredExperience administering SAN solutions (e.g., provisioning, monitoring).Good understanding of Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).Good understanding of SQL ..... full job details .....
