Systems Administrator

Systems Administrator Remote (UK) Permanent Robert Half has partnered with a growing organisation looking for a Systems Administrator to join the IT team, where you''ll play a key role in supporting and developing a modern Microsoft focused IT environment. We are seeking a proactive IT professional to help maintain, secure, and enhance business-critical infrastructure while providing advanced technical support across the organisation. The Role You''ll work closely with senior IT leadership to ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management, security platforms, and core business systems. This is a varied position combining systems administration, infrastructure support, user support, security, and project work. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, devices, applications, and infrastructure. Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and resolve complex IT issues. Manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Entra ID environments. Support IT security, compliance, GDPR, and information governance initiatives. Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements. Develop and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve IT services, systems, and user experience.
