The role will support dealerships across the group, helping to improve processes, enhance reporting, and maximise the effectiveness of the Dealer Management System (DMS).Your Role and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include, but are not limited to:Support dealerships and internal teams with system and process-related queries.Maintain and administer the company''s Dealer Management System (DMS).Support users across accounting, vehicle stock book, purchase ledger, and sales ledger modules.Assist colleagues with troubleshooting and resolving operational and finance system issues.Provide practical, best-practice guidance while understanding wider business requirements.Assist with training users on finance systems, vehicle stock systems, and related processes.Produce regular reports and management information for dealerships and senior leadership teams.Support the development and enhancement of ..... full job details .....
