      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Systems Accountant to join a public sector organisation undertaking a significant programme of development and improvement. With investment in its finance systems and operating model, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a new finance platform and play a central role in supporting the organisation''s future success. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take responsibility for the newly implemented Aqilla finance system, acting as the system owner and subject matter expert. You will be responsible for system configuration, user access, workflows, master data, key interfaces with payroll and banking systems, and ensuring the platform continues to support the organisation''s evolving needs.
