This is a highly visible and varied assignment requiring a hands-on professional with proven experience of Access Financials or Access Dimensions and a strong background in finance systems, reporting and process improvement. Key responsibilities will include: • Reviewing and rewriting management reports to improve usability and effectiveness. • Enhancing forecasting models and financial statements to support decision-making. • Working closely with finance users to understand how the new system is being utilised in practice. • Observing and documenting current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Developing and implementing a Code of Best Practice to drive consistency, efficiency and control across the finance function. • Providing practical recommendations to optimise system usage and reporting capabilities.
