You must hold current security clearance Key Responsibilities Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DFMEA, taking ownership of the structure, quality, and execution of the DFMEA using ReliaSoft Xfmea/RCM++. Facilitate technical DFMEA workshops with Lead Design Engineers, capturing complex engineering knowledge and translating it into structured failure modes, effects, and mitigation strategies. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve DFMEA databases, ensuring they are accurate, auditable, and aligned with engineering best practice. Challenge design assumptions and work collaboratively with engineering teams to identify opportunities for improved reliability and reduced risk.
