System and Requirements Manager (Ref 107) – Costain Group PLC. Developing, owning, and managing all requirements management processes and managing configuration and general change management of technical artifacts and documentation.Responsibilities
Developing, owning, and managing all requirements management processesManaging configuration and general change management of technical artifacts and documentationReporting progress on requirements management activities to stakeholders of all levels when requiredDeliver systems engineering services according to project needs and in accordance with Costain internal standardsAct as lead (and carry out where required) requirements management activities including:ElicitationRequirements writingChange and configuration management (baselining and requirements technical change)Decomposition, derivation, traceabilityAct as a point of contact for systems engineering with Costain SMEs on projects and with HAL client representativesOwn the requirements management environment and ensure that all requirements (and related artefacts) are captured and kept up to date. Manage access for users as required and provide informal trainingLead (and carry out where required) the verification and validation of requirements with Costain and subcontractor leads and SMEsOwn the HAL requirements and benefits trackers and VVCRMsLead and support the definition of the system architecture for the whole CTA Cofferdam and other key projects on AMCPQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field such as systems engineering, mechanical engineering, or mathematicsINCOSE SEP accreditation (ASEP, CSEP, or ASEP) or working towardsDesirable
