Acting as the primary point of contact for colleagues, the role ensures incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently or triaged appropriately to the Digital Workplace Engineers (DWEs) and Security Engineer, maintaining high service standards and minimising disruption to business operations.Duties will include:- Support and monitor digital workplace technologies, including endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, Azure services, SaaS platforms, and cloud-hosted applications- Support Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration, security baselines, and application deployment- Support security operations by monitoring, investigating, and reporting anomalies related ..... full job details .....
