Systems Accountant , leading the selection, configuration, and implementation of a new finance system across the charity.This is a 12-month FTC and can be performed remotely with occasional travel to the London office. Full-time and part-time applications are welcome.The RoleAs the Systems Accountant, you will play a critical role in delivering a modernised finance function. This is a hands-on implementation role, perfect for someone with a deep understanding of finance systems and proven experience managing end-to-end system implementations in a charity, housing association, or similar setting.You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure the system meets business needs and delivers real operational improvement, all while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of a new finance system from selection to go-liveWork closely with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignmentManage system configuration, testing, training, and data migrationIdentify and address risks to keep the project on trackDeliver documentation and support handover to BAU finance and IT teamsAbout YouQualified Accountant or equivalent experiencePrevious experience as a Systems Accountant or Finance Systems AnalystStrong knowledge of finance systems and implementations, ideally in the non-profit or housing sectorExcellent project management and communication skillsComfortable working independently in a remote-first environmentWhat’s on OfferFlexible remote working (with occasional travel to Central London)Full-time or part-time hours consideredThe chance to make a lasting impact on a charityInterested?Apply now to be part of a transformative project within a values-led organisation, where your work will directly contribute to lasting positive change.Seniority level
