Syndicated Loans Associate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Asset Management Associate to join the London office of an established international banking organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a banking professional with experience in syndicated lending, loan administration or corporate banking who is looking to further develop their career within an international financial institution. Working within the Asset Management Team, you will support the administration, monitoring and ongoing management of a portfolio of corporate, financial institution and investment banking loans. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, Head Office, agent banks and external counterparties to ensure the efficient management of loan facilities. Key Responsibilities Review facility agreements, loan documentation and internal approval conditions for new and existing loan facilities. Administer and monitor syndicated and bilateral loan facilities throughout their lifecycle. Monitor financial and non-financial covenants, reporting requirements and contractual obligations. Review notices, reports and documentation received from agent banks and loan management platforms, escalating issues where appropriate.
