A global investment bank is seeking a Syndicated Loans Closer to join their EMEA Loan Trading team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional with strong experience in the secondary loans market to play a key role in executing high-value transactions.The RoleAs a Syndicated Loans Closer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end closing and settlement of secondary loan trades, ensuring all transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with legal and regulatory requirements.You will work closely with internal trading teams, external counterparties, agent banks, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.This is a permanent position based in London with hybrid working available, this is a front office position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Execution and ClosingManage the end-to-end closing process for secondary loan trades in a timely mannerReview complex finance documentation and prepare/execute all required transfer documentationLiaise with lenders, agent banks, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth settlementEnsure all transferability conditions and legal requirements are satisfied prior to closingPartner with Loans Operations to ensure all settlement amounts are accurately processedManage and complete all KYC requirements before trade completionOngoing Trade and System ManagementMaintain accurate trade records within ..... full job details .....
