The business manages discontinued insurance and reinsurance portfolios and offers the opportunity to work within an established run-off environment. The Syndicate Accountant will be responsible for producing Lloyd s regulatory returns, maintaining the integrity of financial reporting data and supporting improvements across the finance function. The role offers hybrid working, with approximately 40% of working time spent in the London office. Flexible working arrangements will also be considered. Key responsibilities: Prepare finance regulatory returns for Lloyd s and other regulators in accordance with internal and published reporting deadlines. Produce returns including QMA Delta, Solvency UK, US Situs and CAD Situs. Develop a detailed understanding of the data flows supporting the general ledger and wider financial reporting. Take ownership of cash, overseas deposits and Lloyd s settlement journals. Prepare and review relevant Lloyd s tax returns. Improve the quality, accuracy and speed of financial reporting through the effective use of systems and data too... Contract
