Sybase + Python Developer - Contract opportunity! (London)

Our client are a global consultancy working with a banking end client to join one of their teams as a Sybase and Python developer. Key skills: Experience in Sybase ASE (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization), Python ETL development, and Unix/Shell Scripting in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Autosys job scheduling, batch automation, SDLC/Agile delivery, and production support with robust troubleshooting skills. Experience in Prime Brokerage/Margin/Risk systems with exposure to Core Java, DevOps/CI-CD, and AI-assisted development tools (eg, GitHub Copilot).
