SWQR Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced-SWQR Supervisor (Blue Card-Holder)-to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing street works operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining high standards of health and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise street works and reinstatement teams on-site
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with SWQR/NRSWA regulations
• Monitor health & safety compliance and site standards
• Coordinate daily site activities and workforce allocation
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and subcontractors where required
• Complete site reports, permits, and associated documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within deadlines

Requirements

• Valid-SWQR Supervisor Blue Card / Combined White Card-
• Previous supervisory experience within utilities, highways, or civil engineering
• Strong understanding of street works legislation and health & safety procedures
