They work closely with Furniture Dealers and Fit-out Companies on a variety of prestigious projects and are now looking for an experienced SWOOD Technical Designer to join their internal Design and Development team. This is a specialist role for someone who enjoys working at the point where design meets production and who has a strong understanding of furniture manufacture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a library of panel styles and components, creating detailed SWOOD models and generating the cutting lists, BOMs and exploded drawings that provide the essential information required by the factory. A key part of the role will be migrating and replicating the company''s existing standard furniture portfolio from SolidWorks into detailed SWOOD models, as well as creating and maintaining SWOOD library parts and templates.
