Swim Teacher (Casual) - Mid and East Antrim Locations: Larne, Carrickfergus and Ballymena Pay Rate: £20 per session Contract: Casual The Recruitment Co. is currently recruiting for Casual Swim Teachers to support the delivery of swimming lessons and aquatic programmes across Mid and East Antrim leisure centres. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for qualified Swim Teachers who are passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities develop confidence, skills and safety awareness in the water. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons, supporting community participation in aquatic activities and ensuring a safe, enjoyable learning environment for all participants. Key Responsibilities Deliver swimming lessons and classes as directed by the MEAqua Aquatic Lead. Provide inclusive swimming opportunities for all sections of the community. Liaise with Duty Officers to ensure the successful delivery of swimming programmes. Adapt lessons to meet the needs of different groups and individuals. Support equal access and participation in aquatic activities. Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of programme delivery and healthy lifestyle initiatives. Support the development of links with schools, clubs and community groups. Ensure the safe setup and use of equipment during lessons and activities.
