GLL is looking for Baby and Pre-School Swimming Teachers based in Reading. As a Baby and Pre-School Swimming Teacher your primary role will be to deliver excellent quality Baby and Pre School swimming lessons inline with our product SWIMBiES. Baby and Pre-School Swimming Teachers deliver in the water for lessons, following the plans of the programme. Singing is a large part of the role, you will need to be confident to sing in public. You will be the face of our baby lesson programme at centres which means you will be expected to be able to communicate effectively to all customers, as well as being welcoming, creating a safe, fun and loving teaching environment. What qualifications do I need to hold? Baby and Pre School Swimming Teachers must hold one of the following qualifications: STA Level 2 Award in Baby and Pre School Swimming Teacher Swim England Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming STA Level 3 Diploma in Baby and Pre School Swimming Teacher If the above qualification is not held but you hold a STA Level 2 Award or certificate qualification and you have a passion for delivering Baby and Pre School swimming lessons we will work with you to help develop your delivery experience.
