Key Responsibilities  Manage the day-to-day operation of the swimming programme, ensuring high standards of delivery. Drive participation, retention, and programme growth through innovative initiatives. Lead, develop, and support a team of swimming instructors through training and performance management. Build strong relationships with local schools, clubs, and community partners. Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health and safety, and operational requirements.  About You  Hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification. Experience working within aquatic operations, swim schools, or leisure environments.
