— Guildford Wellbeing Centre, Pool, Permanent, Part Time. 15 hours per week. We’re looking for someone with a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills to join our team as a Swim Manager.As a Swim Manager, you’ll need to have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or be an experienced manager with a track record of delivering commercial targets, and be passionate about helping multiple generations to swim. You should have strong team working skills and infectious enthusiasm that inspires everyone you work with.Responsibilities

Lead Swim class programming within the centre, including management, governance, and active selling of the Swim classes timetable.Be part of the Management Team reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager.Have full responsibility and accountability for Swim class programming within the centre, ensuring effective delivery and quality standards.Drive continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.Act as a role model for responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members.Qualifications

ASA or STA Level 2 qualification, or proven experience as a manager delivering commercial targets.Strong communication, team working skills, and a passion for helping multiple generations to swim.Benefits
