Venue Lead - Swimming Teacher: Edinburgh and Surrounding Areas Stepping Stones is one of the premier private learn-to-swim providers in Scotland, renowned for our high-quality, low-ratio swimming lessons for children. We are seeking a dedicated Venue Lead - Swimming Teacher to join our team, someone who can lead by example and ensure the seamless delivery of our swim programme. This role is designed for individuals who are not only passionate about teaching but also excel in coordination, communication, and leadership. Current Available Hours • Monday to Saturday delivery • 25 hours per week+ There is also the opportunity to increase hours over time through additional delivery, venue support, cover work, and programme expansion across the wider Edinburgh region. Role Overview As part of the Venue Lead - Swimming Teacher role, you will deliver high quality lessons whilst acting as the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring the day-to-day smooth operation of our swim lessons within our venues.
