Venue Lead - Swimming Teacher: West Lothian Stepping Stones Swimming is one of the premier private learn to swim providers in Scotland, renowned for our high quality, low ratio swimming lessons for children. We are seeking a dedicated Venue Lead - Swimming Teacher to join our West Lothian team, someone who can lead by example and help ensure the smooth day to day delivery of our swim programme across the region. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about teaching, confident managing teams, and capable of maintaining the high standards expected across the Stepping Stones programme. Current Available Hours - West Lothian We are currently recruiting for approximately 15 hours per week across the following delivery periods: • Monday afternoons • Wednesday afternoons • Friday afternoons • Saturday daytime delivery • Sunday afternoons There is also the opportunity to increase hours over time through additional permanent delivery, venue lead support, or lesson cover opportunities across the wider programme.
