Job Responsibilities Provide compassionate support and guidance to residents in a supported housing environment, ensuring their safety and wellbeing. Monitor and review each resident''s progress, developing personalised support plans to facilitate their journey towards independent living. Assist residents in accessing move-on accommodation and other community resources when they are ready to transition. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, progress, and support plans in accordance with organisational policies. Ensure the safety and security of the accommodation units, including adherence to health and safety regulations.
