Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the First Contact / Front Door Team for London Borough of Sutton. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing a busy Front Door / First Contact Team responsible for receiving and screening safeguarding referrals. Overseeing threshold decision-making, risk assessments, and timely safeguarding interventions. Providing management oversight and supervision to Social Workers and frontline practitioners. Ensuring referrals are progressed appropriately in line with statutory guidance and safeguarding procedures. Working closely with MASH partners, education, police, health, and early help services. Supporting service performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promoting effective multi-agency safeguarding practice and child-focused decision-making.
