This is an ongoing contract. JOB PURPOSE To deliver a full range of responsive, customer focused goods and services which: Existing customers recognise as excellent and therefore wish to deal with us over a widening range of support services as their preferred supplier. MAIN ACTIVITIES AND TASKS - Managing the sustainment of the NAWSARH in-scope equipment to ensure the availability of assets in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Apply dedicated focus to KPI 2C - Delayed replenishment of Parts and the sustainment of the Norway Stock Distribution Plan (SDP) Support (where appropriate) to the Workshop Production Plan and general R2 requirements. - Assist (where appropriate) to KPI 2B - Delayed Delivery of Parts and the timely provision of spare parts to mitigate aircraft and KPI 2 B risk.
