Sustainability Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Paralegal position, to work in the London office of a leading US law firm.The role will be offered on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract basis and will be to support the growing Sustainability team.This fantastic opportunity will see you working in an excellent practice area, partaking in a range of activities including legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients. Paralegals at this firm are offered a range of high-quality work and exposure that is second to none.Typical duties will include (but are not limited to):Drafting SFDR disclosures.Conducting company and sustainability searches. Maintaining and updating trackers for due diligence. Assisting with side letter requests. Researching regulatory developments and recording findings. Developing and maintaining knowhow materials. Attending meetings and training sessions. As such, the firm is looking for a driven Paralegal, with a strong academic background and 18+ months of availability. Suitable applicants will also have ideally gained some prior experience in a corporate paralegal role (or similar) within a law firm or in-house legal department.
