Sustainability Manager RoleFull-time, permanent roleLocation: 5 days a week in Central LondonConstruction experience needed (ideally within fit out) Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the delivery of BREEAM and WELL certifications across fit-out projects. Act as a BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) and/or WELL AP on multiple schemes.Work closely with clients to define and implement sustainability strategies aligned with Net Zero goals and broader frameworks.Embed sustainability from concept to completion in project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and certification requirements.Ensure client sustainability targets are clearly communicated and understood across the supply chain. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to promote accountability, build capability, and embed project-specific sustainability requirements into procurement, material selection, and on-site delivery.Maintain active involvement in the planning and preparation of tender submissions, particularly where Environmental Management and Sustainability are key evaluation criteria. Confidently represent the business in tender interviews, articulating our environmental credentials and project-specific sustainability plans.Support the measurement and reduction of embodied and operational carbon on our projects, and promote circular economy principles, resource efficiency, and waste minimisation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and supply chain ..... full job details .....
