The business is experiencing rapid growth and ensuring that this growth remains both sustainable and compliant is a fundamental pillar of the group s strategic vision. This newly established role will serve as the central driver for leading the group s sustainability initiatives and assurance functions. The position will consolidate and coordinate efforts across the organisation to ensure consistent and meaningful progress. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role will collaborate closely with operational teams to deliver a cohesive and strategic group-wide response. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Group Sustainability Plan, including the roadmap to Net Zero by 2040 and advancement of the Carbon Accreditation Scheme Coordinate sustainability leads across all locations and partner with the XLR team to support execution of the group-wide sustainability strategy Produce the annual Sustainability Report Support ESG reporting obligations, including contributions to the annual financial statements, ESOS compliance, and related frameworks Lead delivery of sustainability initiatives, including carbon accounting activities Maintain and support ISO accreditations across the group Coordinate the ESG Committee and related working groups Oversee environmental monitoring and reporting, including noise, air quality, wastewater, waste management, energy ..... full job details .....
