They are now seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead environmental, agricultural and sustainability initiatives across their farming network. This is an exciting opportunity to influence sustainability strategy from farm to factory while helping shape the future of food production. The Role Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing sustainability strategies across agricultural operations Working closely with farmers, producers and supply partners Driving environmental improvement initiatives and carbon reduction programmes Monitoring sustainability performance and reporting against key metrics Supporting compliance with customer, retailer and industry requirements Identifying opportunities to improve resource efficiency and biodiversity Engaging stakeholders across the supply chain to deliver sustainability goals About You The ideal candidate will have: Experience within agriculture, food manufacturing or supply chain sustainability Strong understanding of environmental and sustainability frameworks Knowledge of carbon reduction, regenerative agriculture or responsible sourcing Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for delivering measurable environmental ..... full job details .....
