Sustainability Coordinator - Housing Sector

We''re seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to support the delivery of a major energy efficiency improvement programme across a portfolio of residential properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales. With a strong focus on resident wellbeing, sustainability and responsible asset management, the organisation is investing significantly in improving the energy efficiency and long-term performance of its homes.DescriptionAct as the primary liaison between residents, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.Support the delivery of a large-scale residential energy efficiency improvement programme.Manage communications with residents throughout the retrofit process.Resolve issues that may impact project delivery, including access challenges and resident concerns.Raise and manage works orders, variations and invoice processing.Maintain accurate records within property management systems.Update EPC, warranty and property component data.Monitor project expenditure and maintain detailed reporting records.Support grant administration, including funding claims and programme submissions.Produce management and ..... full job details .....
