Here are some key responsibilities and requirements: Core Responsibilities: WELL Certification Leadership: Lead projects through the WELL certification process, ensuring compliance with WELL v2 requirements. Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement health and wellness strategies for buildings, communities, and organizations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to integrate WELL principles. Performance Verification: Ensure project documentation and on-site testing meet WELL certification requirements. Regulatory and Industry Alignment: Stay updated on WELL updates, align projects with sustainability standards (LEED, Fitwel, etc.), and advise clients accordingly.
