This is a high-visibility role working with major real estate investors, landlords, and asset managers to drive environmental performance across existing property portfolios.This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious consultant who has built a strong foundation within a major corporate consultancy and is ready to take ownership of key ESG frameworks and building performance assessments.Key Responsibilities Conduct BREEAM In-Use assessments across a wide range of commercial property portfolios, managing the process from initial gap analysis to final certification. Support clients with GRESB reporting, data collection, portfolio benchmarking, and broader ESG strategy implementation. Deliver actionable sustainability reporting, carbon footprinting, and net-zero alignment strategies for institutional real estate clients. Act as a key point of contact for clients, translating complex sustainability and environmental data into clear, commercial recommendations. Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to expand service offerings across energy efficiency and climate resilience.
