Sustainability Consultant Carbon Location: NottinghamLevel: ConsultantSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceWe re looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team in Nottingham, with a particular focus on carbon, whole-life carbon and sustainable building design.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years experience in the built environment who wants to develop their technical expertise, work across a variety of interesting projects and play an active role in helping clients deliver lower-carbon buildings.The Role As a Sustainability Consultant, you ll work with clients, design teams and colleagues to provide practical sustainability advice throughout the design and development process.Your role will have a strong emphasis on carbon assessment and reduction, alongside broader building sustainability and environmental performance.You ll have the opportunity to work on projects across different sectors and stages of development, contributing to assessments, reports and design recommendations that have a genuine impact on project outcomes.Key Responsibilities Undertaking whole-life carbon (WLC) assessments and carbon reduction studies.Developing and reviewing building carbon assessments and advising design teams on opportunities to reduce embodied and operational carbon.Using One Click LCA to undertake whole-life carbon assessments.Supporting clients and project teams with BREEAM assessments and sustainability strategies.Working with ..... full job details .....
