Sustainability Consultant An established, multidisciplinary building services and sustainability consultancy are looking to appointment a Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team in either Birmingham or Nottingham.The business works across a diverse range of high-profile projects within healthcare, education, residential, commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical and public sector environments, helping clients deliver more sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where sustainability is embedded into the design process, rather than being an afterthought.The role will involve delivering sustainability advice across a variety of projects, working with both public and private sector clients from planning through to construction and completion.Key responsibilities include:BREEAM assessments for new-build and refurbishment projectsSustainability statements for planningLZC technology feasibility studiesPassive design analysisEmbodied and whole-life carbon modelling using One Click LCASupporting wider sustainability services including ESG, WELL, SKA and circular economy assessmentsThe ideal candidate will have:Experience delivering sustainability projects within the built environmentBREEAM AP experience and a good working knowledge of BREEAMA relevant degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Architectural Technology or a related disciplineExperience with One Click LCA is beneficial, but training can be ..... full job details .....
