The role offers a competitive salary of 50,000 - 60,000 and a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and collaborating in our London office. What You''ll Be Doing: Leading on Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) using tools like OneClick LCA or eTool, ensuring compliance with guidance from LETI, RICS, and the GLA. Conducting Whole Life Carbon (WLC) analysis for a variety of developments. Developing circular economy statements and materials strategies to minimize environmental impact. Contributing to planning submissions with detailed sustainability statements and carbon reports. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, from architects to MEP engineers, to embed sustainable practices from a project''s inception to its completion.
