BREEAM AP New Construction Location: NottinghamExperience: 2+ yearsSector: Construction / SustainabilityWe are looking for an experienced BREEAM AP (Approved Professional) to join our team in Nottingham, supporting the delivery of BREEAM requirements across new construction projects.The successful candidate will be confident managing meetings, coordinating project teams, and ensuring BREEAM objectives are effectively communicated and delivered throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Act as the BREEAM AP on new construction projects. Lead and facilitate project meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Coordinate BREEAM requirements and ensure they are understood and incorporated into project plans. Monitor project progress against BREEAM targets and identify any potential issues or areas requiring attention. Liaise with project teams to gather the necessary information and evidence for BREEAM compliance. Provide guidance and support on BREEAM requirements throughout design and construction. Maintain clear records of BREEAM-related actions, decisions and project documentation. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to help achieve project sustainability objectives. About You BREEAM AP qualification/experience is essential. Ideally 2+ years'' relevant professional experience in a construction, sustainability or BREEAM-focused role.
