Sustainability Analyst
We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Sustainability Analyst to join a dynamic team working at the forefront of ESG and environmental performance. Collect, analyse, and report on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data, including emissions, energy, water, and waste.Monitor and track greenhouse gas emissions (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) in line with recognised frameworks.Support the delivery of carbon reduction plans, net zero strategies, and life cycle assessments.Contribute to sustainability reporting and dashboard development for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with environmental standards and legislation (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 50001, SECR, ESOS).Collaborate across departments to embed sustainable practices into day-to-day operations.Support environmental training, audits, and awareness campaigns.About You
Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Geography, or a related discipline.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in driving improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualisation tools; experience with sustainability software (e.g., LCA tools) is an advantage.1–3 years’ experience in ESG, sustainability, or compliance is desirable.What’s on Offer
